Resources

Having access to the right support can make all the difference.
This page offers carefully curated resources—from crisis response contacts and therapy funds to recommended reading. These tools are here to support your healing journey with the depth and respect you deserve.

WHAT BECOMES POSSIBLE

Crisis Response

If you or someone you know is in immediate, life-threatening danger or needs immediate medical attention, call 911.

Please note that police are not trained for mental health support and may pose risks to people of color, neurodivergent, and disabled individuals. If you must call, involve trusted community members, friends, or family to be present.

National Suicide and Crisis Lifeline: Call or text 988.

Please note that some crisis line workers are mandated to report calls concerning suicide to the police. If this is a concern, first ask about their reporting policies before sharing.

WHAT BECOMES POSSIBLE

Therapy Funds

A therapy fund is a dedicated pool of money specifically set aside to cover the cost of therapy for individuals or families with financial need. The funds are often provided to specific communities through organizations or initiatives aimed at supporting that population’s mental well-being. Below is a list of known therapy funds. (I try to update this list once a year.)
